GASTRONOMY

All year round, Catalan people eat "pà amb tomàquet" (bread with spread tomato on it), "butifarra" (typical pork sausage), "canelons" (cannelloni), "arròs a la cassola" (traditionally cooked rice), mariscada (sea food) and for dessert: "coca" (typical sponge cake) or "crema catalana" (sort of crème brûlée). |
