What does a ticket package consist of?

This is a tourist package that includes the entrance ticket for an event and one or more additional services.

How do I buy tickets for an event?

Just select the event, quantity, and category that you want to buy. Fill out the online form and make the payment. When the process is concluded, you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I give the tickets as a gift?

You will receive a gift "voucher" by email as proof of purchase.

What does buying in "Reserve" or "On Demand" mode mean?

It means that we only purchase these tickets when we have a prior booking for them. Some providers insist on this. If we cannot issue the reserved tickets, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

What does it mean when an event is labelled "Ticket Exchange" or “Ticket Exchange Platform"?

This means that Barcelona-Football-Tickets.com is not the direct provider of the tickets and offers the alternative of contacting another sales point directly. When using this mode, it is important to know that the amount paid is higher than the amount printed on the ticket, because each provider charges their own commission fees. In any case, you do not have to worry because we have complete trust in all our providers.

What does the "Minimum Price Guaranteed" label mean?

It means that you will not find the same product any cheaper on the net.

Do the prices include VAT and postage costs?

The prices of the products always include VAT, but the postage costs can vary depending on the option selected.

What fees do you charge?

Barcelona-football-tickets classify the events depending on whether they are acting as Official agents, or not. When acting as official agents, the contents and amounts of the products that make up the package are listed. However, when they are not the direct providers, but only providing the platform or ticket exchange mode, it is the providers who decide the service charge, which is always higher than the amount printed on the entrance ticket. Why are the tickets more expensive on your site than the face value?

Where are my tickets located in the local or visitor’s area?

The tickets are always for areas of the local team.

Are the tickets for places together?

In 95% of the cases, your tickets will be in these areas. If you have bought more than one ticket, we will try our best to have them as close together as possible, at least in pairs within the same sector.

Can the staff prohibit me from accessing the facilities?

It is not usual, but there are situations where the staff in charge may prohibit the entrance to certain persons, if they consider that they are not respecting the appropriate codes of conduct, or for security reasons. We recommend that you always act with due diligence in order to avoid any complications.

Changes in ticket date or time

When are the football matches confirmed?

The association of each country confirms the exact date and time between 5 and 10 days before the event. Then it is published on our web page, so that you can be informed immediately. You can also check the web sites of the various football associations (http://www.lfp.es, http://www.bundesliga.de, http://www.legaseriea.it, http://www.premierleague.com).

What happens if there is a change of date?

We will contact you by email to inform you of the change. In any case, your tickets are valid for the new date.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is definitely cancelled, your tickets will be cancelled and we will refund the total amount paid.

Which payment methods can be used?

All purchases may be paid with a card, through PAYPAL or by bank transfer.

Are the details of my credit card protected?

Ticket Collection or Delivery

Can I collect my tickets at the stadium ticket-box?

Yes, as long as the club organising the even allow it. When you buy your tickets the online system will ask you to select from the various possible collection methods. Select the one you prefer!

Can I receive the tickets in my own country?

This is possible in some events, but not in others, although we do recommend that you always receive the tickets in the same country where the event is being held.
